Caprock Bison Co, LLC is a family-owned organization that is raising high-quality bison under the shadows of the Caprock escarpment for production and breeding stock. We believe in low stress, humane handling, and all-natural agricultural practices to provide a healthy product at affordable prices direct to the consumer. We strive to raise bison using the best practices available to promote the conservation of the species and to improve the range upon which they graze. Caprock Bison Company believes that we should give back to our communities.

Our owners all are either law enforcement, military veterans, or have fostered and/or adopted children.
